With reference to government owned land in Ivory Street, Fortitude Valley and the related Business Case for a large-scale housing development announced by the former Miles Labor Government— Will the Minister advise (a) whether the Minister has received a draft or final version of the Business Case, (b) the current status of the Business Case as at 1 April 2025, (c) if the Minister and/or Cabinet have considered the Business Case in any form (draft or otherwise), (d) when the final Business Case will be completed and (e) when the final Business Case will be publicly released?
