With reference to transition planning for young people leaving youth detention centres– Will the Minister advise (a) what proportion of serious repeat offenders leaving youth detention, in each year from 2020 to 2024, did not receive a 72-hour plan (reported separately by year), (b) when the government will give effect to its pre-election commitment to give every child a 12-month individual rehabilitation program after detention and (c) will the 12-month individual rehabilitation programs in (b) include case management for each child for the entire 12-month period?
