QUESTION Will the Minister advise, for the period 1 November 2024 to 1 March 2025 (inclusive), the total number of Mandatory Notifications (a) made and (b) resulting in disciplinary action? ANSWER The Office of the Health Ombudsman publishes quarterly data on mandatory notifications online at www.oho.qld.gov.au/resources/perfomance-reports-and- complaint-statistics. Data for November and December 2024 is currently available by selecting ‘Office of the Health Ombudsman - Quarterly performance report - Q2 2024- 25'. Data for January, February and March 2025 will be available in the coming weeks.
