With reference to the Summary Offences and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2019— Will the Minister advise (a) what form did consultation on the bill take with each of the organisations and individuals listed in the Explanatory Notes, (b) how many communications did the department receive from each of the following organisations regarding the bill (i) Adani, (ii) Bravus Mining and Resources, (iii) Queensland Resources Council, (iv) Whitehaven, and (c) how many communications did the department send to each of the following organisations regarding the bill (i) Adani, (ii) Bravus Mining and Resources, (iii) Queensland Resources Council and (iv) Whitehaven?
