Will the Minister advise (a) if the Minister supports granting local mental health support services group Stepping Stone Club House a peppercorn lease for vacant Department of Transport and Main Roads land in Stones Corner between Laura and Lilly Streets for the use as a club and community resource and (b) if not, why not?
