Question

With reference to the Minister’s comments reported in the Townsville Bulletin on 28 February 2025 that the government was reviewing the POLAIR capability in Townsville— Will the Minister confirm (a) that the current POLAIR capability for two helicopters in Townsville is subject to a ten year service agreement with Meridian Helicopters, (b) the commencement date and the expiry date for the current ten year service agreement referred to in (a), (c) the terms of reference for the review of the POLAIR capability in Townsville announced by the Minister in his comments reported by the Townsville Bulletin on 28 February 2025, (d) when the review will be completed and (e) if the Minister commits to releasing it publicly?
