QUESTION With reference to the Minister's media statement of 23 December 2024 regarding the Queensland Health Capacity Expansion Program— Will the Minister advise (a) total remuneration being provided to Mr Sangster, (b) any additional resources engaged within the department for the review and (c) the total cost of the review? ANSWER The reviewer was engaged under the Professional Services Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) QGP0050-18, with rates and associated commercial terms treated as confidential. The value of the contract and other relevant details have been published at www.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/contract-disclosure-report-odg-2024-2025. The contract value published reflects the total estimated value of the engagement at the time of contract award. This figure is published for transparency and accountability and does not necessarily represent the final amount to be expended. As at 21 March 2025, the final invoice has not yet been received. In accordance with the Queensland Government Procurement Guidelines: Contract Disclosure, the published contract value will only be updated if there is a formal contract variation that results in an increase to the total contract value. The Department of Health provided basic administrative support to the reviewer.
