Question

With reference to the LNP Government’s commitment to establish a permanent police beat in Burleigh— Will the Minister advise (a) the funding amount allocated in the Mid-Year Fiscal and Economic Review, (b) the number of officer positions and operational hours that will be permanently allocated each week, (c) the police beat’s public opening hours, (d) whether officers will be reallocated from other policing roles or from future growth positions funded by the previous government, (e) the date the police beat will be operational and (f) whether the Minister has issued a direction to the Queensland Police Service regarding the establishment of a new police beat in Burleigh and otherwise complied with relevant legislative processes?
