Question

With reference to facilities operated by Queensland Corrective Services— Will the Minister confirm (a) whether the Minister has requested and/or received any briefings in respect of outsourcing the operation of those facilities to private operators and (b) whether the Minister, the Minister’s staff, or any of the Minister’s departmental staff have discussed the operation of those facilities with any private operators of custodial operations/facilities (or representatives or lobbyists of those private operators)?
