Question

With reference to the number of non-compliant e-bikes and e-motorbikes, as well ongoing dangerous behaviours on roads and pathways by some riders— Will the Minister advise (a) whether consideration is being given to the implementation of (i) registration with number plates for identification and third-party insurance coverage as currently used for mobility scooters, (ii) in addition, licensing for all users and (b) if not, what further will be implemented to address the issues being experienced in communities across Queensland?
