With reference to the Queensland Law Reform Commission 'Review of particular criminal defences: Just, clear and modern: Reformed criminal defences for Queensland'— Will the Attorney-General advise, (a) when will the government be providing a response and (b) will the Attorney-General act on the recommendations and implement the reforms regarding provocation?
