With reference to the reported water outages in Bamaga and issues with the Northern Peninsula Area water security project— Will the Minister advise what contingency planning was in place to prevent loss of water supply during works, including (a) whether backup water supply arrangements were required, (b) whether those arrangements were implemented and (c) if not, why not?
