Question

With reference to public housing tenancies— Will the Minister advise (a) whether the Queensland Government continues to enforce a ‘three strikes’ antisocial behaviour policy for public housing tenants, (b) if so, what specific actions are taken following each recorded strike or substantiated complaint, (c) how many public housing tenancies in Queensland have been terminated under the policy in each of the past two years and (d) why tenants in the Hill electorate, for whom repeated complaints and supporting information relating to alleged antisocial behaviour have been provided to the Department, have reportedly not been subject to enforcement action or tenancy termination under the policy?
