Will the Minister advise (a) how those identified as youth serious repeat offenders are currently classified, monitored and prevented from offending if no longer via the serious repeat offender index, (b) what if any changes have been made to the threshold for declaration, (c) the number of unique individuals who have been declared for each year since 2021 and (d) the average number of charges and proven offences per serious repeat offender since 2021 (reported separately by year)?
