Question

With reference to industry advice that petroleum-based construction materials, including bitumen and plastic pipes, are experiencing rising costs, supply delays and, in some cases, shortages with no viable substitutes, impacting the delivery of housing and infrastructure— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) what assessment has been undertaken of supply chain risks affecting these materials in Queensland by the Crisafulli Government and (b) what actions the Crisafulli Government is taking to strengthen supply chain resilience of these materials in Queensland?
