With reference to the Australian Flexible Pavements Association warning that bitumen prices are anticipated to rise by more than 50 percent and there is a real risk of stock depletion and stockouts in the near term— Will the Minister advise what contingency measures have been put in place to ensure major transport projects are delivered on time and within budget as promised by the Crisafulli Government?
