With reference to the announcement on 8 April 2026 regarding the sale of government owned land at Lot 4 Station Parade, Varsity Lakes for the delivery of 250 homes under the Land Activation Program, and public statements that the development will deliver ‘affordable housing’ for frontline workers (including teachers, nurses and police)— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) the number of the 250 homes that will be delivered as affordable housing for low to moderate income households (defined as households earning between 50 percent and 120 percent of the median household income for the relevant local government area) and (b) of those homes, the number that will be priced so that eligible households would pay no more than 30 percent of their gross household income on housing costs (rent or mortgage repayments)?
