With reference to answer to Question on Notice No. 397 of 2026 and the Minister’s response that 609 distinct youth offenders have been referred to the Staying on Track (SOT) program— Will the Minister advise (a) the updated figure as at 31 May 2026 (or nearest reportable date) and (b) how many of those approved distinct youth offenders who have been referred, have subsequently begun official SOT program sessions?
