Will the Premier advise, in respect of when Ministers travel on ministerial business to New Zealand (a) is it practice for an Acting Minister to be appointed, (b) if not, why not and (c) should consideration be given to appointing an Acting Minister for Ministers who travel to countries that may have allegedly poor phone and internet connectivity?
