With reference to the Gympie Road Bypass Tunnel— Will the Minister advise (a) if the Department of Transport and Main Roads has received a final detailed business case from Queensland Investment Corporation, (b) if and when the final detailed business case will be publicly released, (c) will the project include dedicated entry and exit portals in Chermside, (d) what advice the Department of Transport and Main Roads has provided to the Minister on the estimated cost of the project and (e) what the estimated or proposed timeline is for the project, including for community consultation?
