Question

With reference to reports that participating developers under the Infrastructure Activation Fund will reserve 20,547 homes for first home buyers across Southern Thornlands, Waraba and Mount Peter Priority Development Areas for a minimum of three months after release before those homes can be offered more broadly to the market— Will the Deputy Premier advise (a) why the reservation period has been limited to only three months and (b) what occurs to unsold homes after the three-month period expires?
