Will the Minister advise (a) how many overtaking lanes are planned, under construction or completed as part of the Kennedy Highway (Mareeba–Ravenshoe) overtaking lanes project, (b) the exact location of each overtaking lane, including whether the proposed northbound and southbound overtaking lanes are to be constructed between Channel Road and Rex Road, Walkamin, or elsewhere between Walkamin and Tolga and (c) whether the overtaking lane project announced in February 2025 for construction between Channel Road and Rex Road, Walkamin remains scheduled to proceed and, if so, the anticipated commencement and completion dates?
