Question

Will the Minister advise (a) what programs are currently being implemented within Queensland Corrective Services to ensure detainees, including those transferred from the youth justice system, receive appropriate rehabilitation, education, training and life- skills development aimed at reducing recidivism, (b) what percentage of detainees are accessing these programs, (c) how these programs are assessed as to their effectiveness and (d) the percentage of detainees on release that have no access to stable accommodations?
