Will the Minister advise from 1 January 2026 to 31 May 2026 (a) how many distinct youth offenders have served a period of detention in a Queensland youth detention centre and (b) of those in (a) how many (i) were discharged from detention and have then been subsequently charged with a new offence and (ii) re-entered detention after re-offending?
