With reference to the Boost to Buy scheme— Will the Treasurer advise (a) the number of approved applicants who have withdrawn from the scheme prior to settlement and (b) the reasons recorded for withdrawal, including property availability, inability to secure finance, borrowing capacity, ongoing repayment costs or inability to identify an eligible property?
