Question

With reference to the dispute notice delivered to the State concerning AirTrain’s entitlement to receive a revenue adjustment from the State, as described in USS Axle Pty Limited 2025 financial report— Will the Minister advise (a) if the dispute relates to either of the following (i) the temporary half-price fares made available for six months from August 2024, (ii) additional fares charged by AirTrain for services south of Eagle Junction Station, (b) if no to (a), what was the subject of the dispute notice, (c) if the dispute has been resolved, what was the outcome and if not, what is the progress of the State's negotiations with AirTrain?
