Question

With reference to section 25 of the Planning Act 2016, which requires local governments to review their planning scheme within ten years after the scheme was made or last reviewed— Will the Deputy Premier advise which local governments in Queensland currently have planning schemes that are overdue for a statutory ten-year review, including for each local government (a) the date the planning scheme was made or last reviewed, (b) the date the ten-year review became due and (c) whether the local government has advised it intends to amend, replace or retain its current planning scheme?
