Question

With Queensland’s road toll already 25 deaths higher than the same period last year, with 114 lives lost between 1 January and 8 May 2026 compared with 89 deaths during the same period in 2025, and with the current trend projecting 327 fatalities by the end of 2026 compared with 308 deaths in 2025— Will the Minister advise (a) what is the Crisafulli LNP Government doing to reduce the road toll and (b) what additional enforcement and road safety campaigns will be rolled out in 2026?
