With reference to repeated commitments by AFL Queensland to fund the installation of oval lighting at Springwood State High School and meet departmental requirements for the use of the oval after dark, and work undertaken by the school to invest in relevant enabling infrastructure and resolve field maintenance obligations— Will the Minister advise when the department will finalise relevant use agreements to enable students and the community to access a properly lit AFL oval, rather than this valuable community asset sit dormant after dark and the funding commitment of the AFL go unrealised?
