Question

With reference to occupational violence and aggression incidents reported by Queensland teachers and school-based employees more than tripling since 2022— Will the Minister confirm (a) whether the government will introduce legislation to make our classrooms safer for students, teachers and support staff in line with protections that exist for paramedics and other public officers and (b) outline any other initiatives beyond the Behaviour Boost program to address unacceptable and disrespectful behaviours including contributors to these?
