With reference to the recent sale of a 60 year lease for the Elanda Ecocamp, situated in the Cooloola National Park— Will the Minister advise (a) what assurances have been given by the government regarding the noted five hectares of undeveloped land earmarked for future growth opportunities or development, (b) whether approval in principle has been provided for a new master plan, (c) is higher-yield accommodation or greater permitted accommodation capacity than appears in the public documents being considered and (d) whether the lease conditions currently not available to the public will be made available?
