With reference to the Minister's claim that ‘More than 60 percent of drug driving fatalities had THC in their system’— Will the Minister provide the following data in table format (a) for the relevant year/s to which the Minister refers (specify), how many drivers who died as a result of a motor vehicle accident tested positive for the presence of (i) Alcohol, (ii) THC only, (iii) THC together with alcohol, (iv) THC together with any other prohibited substance and (v) THC together with any other schedule 4 or schedule 8 medicine and (b) for the same period, the measured blood concentrations of THC in the toxicology results post-mortem (reported separately by number of cases per range of 0.001mg/L intervals, from <0.001 to >1mg/L)?
