With reference to the Minister’s statement at the 2026 Estimates hearing that the Queensland Community Housing Investment Pipeline (Q-CHIP) had ‘already locked in 77 community homes since opening last September’— Will the Minister advise (a) the total amount of Queensland Government funding allocated or committed to the delivery of these 77 homes and (b) the local government area in which each of the 77 homes will be delivered, including the number of homes to be delivered in each local government area?
