With reference to 2026 Estimates Pre-Hearing Question on Notice No. 11— Will the Minister confirm that the police officer headcount of 12,620, and 13,055, both exclude Special Constables (as requested), noting the removal of this clarifying point in the 2026 response when compared to the equivalent response in the 2025 Estimates Pre-Hearing Question on Notice No. 5?
