With reference to section 5.5.2 of the Department of Transport and Main Roads’ Project Cost Estimating Manual, which requires actual costs to be validated against forecast monthly for every project in the Portfolio, Programming, Project and Contract Management System (3PCM)— Will the Minister provide, for each contractually committed TMR infrastructure project with an approved project budget of $500m or more, from the 30 June 2026 end-of-month validated 3PCM cost sheet (a) approved project budget, (b) actual expenditure to date and (c) forecast expenditure to complete (reported separately by project)?
