With reference to Appendix D of TMR's Transport Infrastructure Project Delivery System Volume 3M— Will the Minister advise, for each road and bridge construction contract with an original awarded value of $100m or more that was active during 2025–26 (a) whether the Prequalification and Contracts Unit directed additional contractor performance reporting during that period due to a continuing period of unsuitable performance and (b) if so, the number of such directions (reported separately by contract)?
