With reference to Severity Assessment Code 1 (SAC 1) clinical incidents at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital— Will the Minister advise (in table format, reported separately by hospital and calendar month) the number of SAC 1 clinical incidents that occurred from 1 November 2024 to the latest available reporting date, specifying the date to which the data is current?
