With reference to page 49 of the Department of Education 2025-26 Annual Report and page 56 of the Department of Education 2024-25 Annual Report— Will the Minister advise why the efficiency measure for ‘average cost of service per student’ was altered such that it is no longer disaggregated by primary, secondary and students with a disability?
