Will the Minister advise (a) the number of Hervey Bay-based outpatients referred to other HHSs for specialist outpatient appointments in the 2025-26 financial year (in table format, where the x-axis is the HHS, and the y-axis reports the number of Hervey Bay-based patients) and (b) the percentage of Hervey Bay-based outpatients that received their care within the Wide Bay HHS in the 2025-26 financial year?
