Will the Minister advise (a) the number of Rockhampton-based outpatients referred to other HHSs for specialist outpatient appointments in the 2025-26 financial year (in table format, where the x-axis is the HHS, and the y-axis reports the number of Rockhampton-based patients) and (b) the percentage of Rockhampton-based outpatients receiving their care within the Central Queensland HHS in the 2025-26 financial year?
