Will the Minister advise the number of Sunshine Coast-based outpatients (a) referred to other HHSs for specialist outpatient appointments in the 2025-26 financial year (in table format, where the x-axis is the HHS, and the y-axis reports the number of Sunshine Coast-based patients) and (b) the percentage of outpatients that received their care within the Sunshine Coast HHS in the 2025-26 financial year?
